Hello and Welcome! My name is Karina and I am passionate about inspiring and creating a world of change infused with the unique magic that lives within each of us. If you are ready to reconnect with and embody your magic, align with the wealth of your soul and create a fulfilling life then I honour you for being here and taking the first step into your new reality. Know that if you are here reading this then you are exactly where you are meant to be right now. Take a deep breath to ground and anchor yourself into the present moment and I invite you to connect in with your body and how it feels and responds as you continue to read and engage with this portal of creation.

I believe that each of us are equipped with our own unique gifts, wisdom and magic that we bring to the world to embrace, embody and bring to life! I am passionate about supporting women to step out of the boxes that we have constructed for ourselves and to reclaim our magic and connection with the illogical and nonsensical realms. To tap back in and reconnect with the natural rhythms, cycles and seasons within that are reflected and mirrored in the world around us in every moment. For women to come home to self and be led by the rich inner well of wisdom that lays within, connected with the voice of our intuition and the magic and wealth that vibrates at the very core of our being and existence. To explore the path less travelled, being and becoming the adventurers for our soul as we embrace new pathways with a sense of wonder, authenticity, purpose, wyldness, passion, joy and love.

As a former Preschool Teacher and Director, Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer I always kept busy and lived in a constant state of doing with my nervous system addicted to the thrill of the chase. I lived from the rational, logical place of the mind and existed purely from a place of survival where each day was focused on my to do list and pouring everything into those around me and my work yet leaving very little in reserve for myself. I disconnected from my inner voice and magic, where I felt I was simply going through the motions each day. In time this left me feeling depleted yet with an inner knowing that there was more to life that I hadn’t yet experienced or connected in with.

Over the past six years, I have been able to shift beliefs and identities I had attached to that led to patterns of survival mechanisms and disconnection from my inner world and natural state of being. I reconnected with my natural essence, magic and wisdom which opened me to tap into and trust in the unseen realms and harness my intuitive gifts. Stepping into the wealth of my soul and a soul-full existence has led me to supporting other women to unravel, transform and re-create. I continue to dance with the spiral to unearth deeper truths and wisdom that have laid dormant and integrate into the magic of my beating heart to continue living a rich, fulfilling and vibrant life aligned with soul.
